Apply user-centered methods to design functional, usable, and attractive web sites, software, and devices. In particular, I:
- Evaluate existing product interfaces
- Conduct user research
- Formulate requirements
- Determine task flows
- Create interface structure and design its appearance & behavior
- Write interface documentation
- Collaborate with managers, designers and developers to ensure the product is a success.
